[macOS] Editor window is not restored to previous position when launching the Editor and mouse cursor is on a different screen
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Place the Editor window on the secondary monitor
3. Quit the Editor
4. Open the project again
5. While the Editor is launching place your mouse cursor on the primary screen
6. Observe the position of the Editor window
Expected result: The Editor window position is restored and opens on the secondary monitor
Actual result: The Editor window is opened on the monitor where the mouse cursor is
Reproducible with: 6000.0.49f1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.48f1

Notes:
- Which screen the Unity Hub was placed on did not have influence on reproduction
- Which screen the Editor is positioned at initially has no influence on reproduction
