[Mac] UI Image Size remains static after changing the Image's Sprite and scaling the RectTransform bounds
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("ImageBug.zip")
2. Open the "Canvas" prefab and change the "Image" object's sprite to "TickSmallCircle"
3. Scale the Image's RectTransform and observe the image
Expected result: The image gets scaled alongside the transform bounds
Actual result: The image remains at the same size
Reproduced in: 2019.2.0a2, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.1.0a6
Not reproducible in: 2019.1.0a5, 2018.3.3f1
