[Mac] Screen width and height of a Custom Editor Window is displayed to be twice as large when it is opened on a Retina display
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add attached "TestEditor.cs" script to a new Unity Project (or open attached "Editor_Size_Test.zip" project)
2. In the top menu go to: Tools -> Test Editor
3. Make sure that "My Empty Window" is on a Retina display
4. Inspect Console window
Actual result: It shows 1200 and 800 to be the size of a "My Empty Window"
Expected result: 600 and 400 is displayed
Reproducible: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a10
Note: If Mac has external monitors plugged in when "My Empty Window" is moved to an external monitor, then a correct size is displayed.

Resolution Note (2019.1.X):
Screen.width and height measure in pixels while EditorWindow.position, minSize and maxSize all measure in points. As the result on Retina display we get 2x more pixels. Similarly on Windows depending on display scaling settings the difference between pixels and points could be anywhere up to 4x
