[Mac] Many artifacts can be seen in Scene View when Scene Light is enabled and HDR is on with Metal API and Mac OS X 10.15.4
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Add a cube to the scene
3. Turn off the skybox
2. In Scene View tab, toggle Scene Lighting setting
3. Inspect the scene
Expected result: No artifacts are rendered
Actual result: Many artifacts are rendered
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0b1, 2019.3.11f1, 2019.4.8, 2019.4.9, 2020.1.0b6, 2020.1.2, 2020.1.3, 2020.1.4, 2020.2.0a8, 2020.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.1.0a14
Notes:
1. The issue does not reproduce on Windows
2. The issue does not reproduce on Mac when using OpenGLCore Graphics API
3. The issue does not reproduce on MacOS 10.15.3
4. Turning off HDR in Main Camera fixes the issue
5. Turning on Skybox in the Scene View fixes the issue
