[M1][Silicon]Crash on MTLGetEnvCase<MTLErrorModeType> when opening the project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CrashRepro”
Expected result: The Editor opens
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a22
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1 (No Silicon Editor)
Reproducible on: MacOS Ventura 13.0.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: MacOS Ventura 13.0.1 (Intel), Windows 10
Note: Doesn't crash with Rosseta
