[M1] GameObjects are not visible in Scene View when using 2D URP template
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 2D (URP) project
2. Create a 2D sprite GameObject in the scene
3. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: the created GameObject is visible
Actual result: the created GameObjetc is not visible
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0b7
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.0a15, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a7
Fixed in: 2022.2.0a19, 2023.1.0b8
Reproducible on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (M1)
Not reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel)
