[M1] Editor glitches/freezes or Mac crashes when increasing particle capacity in VFX Graph
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "Firework.vfx" VFX graph
3. Increase "Rate" and "Capacity" to 99999
Expected result: Editor throws an error
Actual result: Editor glitches/freezes or Mac crashes
Original testing:
Reproducible with: 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1 (compiler errors when downgrading the project)
Further testing on macOS 12.5.1 (M1 Max) on ARM64:
Reproducible with: 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1 (CameraSort.compute errors when downgrading the project)
Notes:
- May happen about half of the time
- Didn't crash on 2021.3.12f1 but some artifacts can be seen in the Editor

Resolution Note (fix version 2022.2.9f1):
Fixed in: 2022.2.9f1
Resolution Note (2021.3.X):
The issue occurs when we are feeding more particles than the capacity of the receiver, it relies on still experimental GPUEvent. It can be reopened in case of blocking issue.
