[M1] Editor crashes when entering play mode for the second time
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project
2. Enter play mode, then exit play mode
3. Enter play mode again
Expected result: Editor enters play mode
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.0f1, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a10
Could not test with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.33f1 (Compiler errors after opening the project)
