[M1] Downloads active list creates duplicates when downloading multiple versions at the same time
How to reproduce:
1. Open HUB
2. Click "Installs" on the left-hand side and then "Install Editor"
3. Download multiple versions including variations for Silicon/Intel
4. Observe the Downloads Active list
Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.4 M1
Actual result: Multiple Silicon or Intel downloads appear in the list, some dropdown menus for these version work, some don't
Expected result: No duplicated visuals for versions in download
