[LWRP] Particle System "Texture Sheet Animation" Sprite Mode does not work
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Import LWRP
3. Create a new particle system
4. Change "Texture Sheet Animation" Mode to Sprite
5. Assign random sprite
Actual result: Particle is scaled to assigned Sprite's size, but particles still look like LWRP/Particles/Unlit shader
Reproduced in 2019.1,4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a3
Not reproduced in: 2018.4.1f1 (4.10.0-preview version does not have this issue)
