[LWRP][Gles3][Android] Water shader is distorted on Adreno GPUs using BoatAttack project
Steps to reproduce:
1) https://github.com/Verasl/BoatAttack - clone this repository (Packages/5.1.0 branch)
2) Open project in Unity
3) Make sure Graphics API is set to Gles3
4) Build and run Island scene on a device
Observe: Adreno devices will not render water correctly
Expected result: Water should be smooth (check attached video 'expected')
Actual result: Water shader is rendered distorted (check attached video 'bug')
