[LWRP] [Android] Lighweight scene is noticeably darker when building application with GLES3 on Android 9 device

To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "test2.zip" (or any project with LWRP set up)
2. Make sure GLES3 is selected as main graphics API
3. Build on a devices with Android 9

Result: scene has noticeable visual differences (is darker) from Editor / Vulkan build

Reproduced in: 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13, 2019.3.0a1

    If graphic api is openGLES3 and color space is Linear; scenes still rendering much darker on some devices.(for example : samsung galaxy J7 max)

    Hi, this says that it's fixed in package. I pulled down the latest and it still appears to be happening. Which version is this fixed in?

    And we're talking about

    com.unity.render-pipelines.lightweight

    right?
