[XR][Lumin] Build leaves custommanifest file behind if the build fails
Using a unsupported privilege on Lumin projects causes the build to fail and leaves behind an invalid manifest.xml file that will be used for any following builds, causing the build to again fail with the same error.
This can also occur if any other errors cause a build failure, to include cancelling the build manually after the file has been written.
A workaround is to manually remove the manifest.xml file if this happens.
The file is located in the project directory under Assets->Plugins->Lumin->manifest.xml
This file will override any user changes to the Manifest Settings UI and is intended to allow easy import of similar manifest settings for projects if desired.
