Low Pass Frequency slider is mapped between 0 - 22000 hz instead of 10 - 22000 hz
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "LowPassIssue"
3. Select Main Camera
4. Change the value "Frequency" in the Low Pass Proxy script, say to a value of 2000, or play around with it
Expected behavior: The value in the Low Pass Filter is the same
Actual behavior: The value in the Low Pass Filter is different, it has an offset of around 5-10
Reproducible: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p3, 5.6.0b2
