"Look rotation viewing vector is zero" is logged to the Console when facing directly upwards while using Cinemachine
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Assets/StarterAssets/FirstPersonController/Scenes/Playground
3. Press the Play button
4. In the Game view, move the mouse to face directly upwards or directly downwards
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: no messages are excessively logged to the Console
Actual result: "Look rotation viewing vector is zero" is logged to the Console
Reproducible with: 2.7.9, 2.8.2, 2.9.0-pre.1 (2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2)

Resolution Note:
Cannot reproduce with current CM and standard assets versions. No sample project was included with this ticket so we attempted to reproduce using the scene that ships with FirstPerson standard assets.
