POSTPONED: It's on dev roadmap to be fixed
Global Illumination and Reflection probes are not loaded in the scene after using Application.LoadLevel if "Auto" bake mode was used.
Note: This affects only editor and loading will work fine in built players
Workaround: Uncheck "Auto" and press build for all the scenes

5.3.5f1, bumped into it as soon as added scene reloading on player death. This must affect everybody. This is a bit silly.

Agree with other people out there. I'm new to Unity, just completed a few tutos and already fell on this bug. At first, of course I lost so much time trying to find where was MY mistake... please consider fix with higher prio. It really gives a negative image of Unity.

This seems like a really easy thing to fix, and is pretty annoying while developing. Please fix.

Same unfortunately for me. This is a really inconvenient bug. What I don't understand about the solution: Why doesn't UNITY just deactivate auto-baking on play start? I guess the reason is that it will create/copy the exr files when not in auto mode, but why not do this somehow in the background during auto mode?
