Loading a .mp4 into the new video player using the URL path fails on WebGL
To reproduce:
1. Build and run attached project for WebGL
Actual: Video doesn't start and 'error loading video: Can't play movie' and 'Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)' is thrown in console
Expected: Video should play
Reproducible: 5.6.0b8

I try to change the fps, bit rate, etc nothing works
But when I build my video using 5.3, it works, no idea why.
Sometime I have to admit everything works like magic.
I know I am stupid
