LoadImage() returns true even if the image fails loading when using LoadImage() to load incorrect data
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project (LoadImageBug2)
2. Enter Play mode
Expected: LoadImage() returns false when data can't be loaded
Actual: LoadImage() always returns true (check picture attached)
Reproduced in: 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a3
