[Livelink] SubScene is loaded to the Server and Client worlds when it is edited even if SubScene.AutoLoadScene is set to false

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1239051.zip"
2. Open the "NetworkSubScene" Scene
3. Enter the PlayMode
4. In Entity Debugger window select ServerWorlds
5. In the Hierarchy window check check-box next to "TestSubScene" SubScene

Expected result: "TestSubScene" SubScene's content stays loaded only in ClientWorld
Actual result: "TestSubScene" SubScene's content is loaded in ServerWorld

Reproducible with ECS version: preview.24 - 0.6.0 (2019.3.14f1), preview.6 - 0.10.0 (2019.3.14f1), preview.24 - 0.6.0 (2020.1.0b11, 2020.2.0a13)
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1 - ECS is not introduced in this version, 2018.4.23f1 - console errors prevents from testing
Could not test with ECS packages: preview.11 - 0.5.1 and lower - console errors prevents from testing
