Lists in the Inspector do not show proper labels when selected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1424226.zip"
2. Open Scenes/SampleScene
3. Select "Character" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Inspector
Expected result: Inspector showing the correct labels
Actual result: The inspector shows how many elements are in the list in place of their name
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.37f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.2.0a8, 2022.2.0a12, 2022.2.0a15
