[Linux][Vulkan] Silent crash when tooltip appears while hovering over a label
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Open the Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings)
3. Set Linux Graphics API to Vulkan in Player settings
4. Restart the Editor
5. Select any GameObject from the Hierarchy window
6. Hover over labels in the Inspector window
Expected result: Labels are shown
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.40f1, 2022.3.60f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04, Arch (user)
Not reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3.2, Windows 11
Notes:
- Reproduces using only AMD GPU, tested on: WX 9100 PRO, RX 6700 XT (user)
- Reproduces only on Wayland
