[Linux][Vulkan] Player freezes when a memory snapshot is captured with Memory Profiler
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “FreezeRepro” project
2. Click File > Build and Run
3. Click Window > Analysis > Memory Profiler
4. In the Memory Profiler window, click “Capture New Snapshot”
5. Observe the Player window
Expected result: The player does not freeze
Actual result: The player freezes and the process has to be killed to exit
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a3
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Note: The player does freeze when the default window resolution is set to 1280x720
