[Linux VM] Stuck on infinite loading when signing in for the first time on a new machine

# Create a new Linux VM with Unity Hub installed
# Open Unity Hub
# Click "Sign In" button and sign in with your account
{*}Expected result{*}: Sign-in is successful
{*}Actual result{*}: Unity Hub screen is stuck on "Signing in..."
{*}Notes{*}:
* Used ubuntu-20 bokken image for reproduction, and attached the bokken-image.yml file
* Can be worked around: after force quitting all other logins are working correctly
* Affects version: 3.6.0
