Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugReport” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Game View, scroll on the red area
5. Observe area color switching

Expected results: Content in the red area should scroll to black color and then yellow, not switch straight to yellow without a scroll effect
Actual results: Red area color is switched to yellow
