[Linux] Scene view skybox shows artifacts and windows behind the editor when a material with transparency is used
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open the attached project on a Linux machine. See below for my environment.
2. Open the scene in the Assets folder. It should have a red background.
3. Move the window around. Make sure you have some other windows open and move it over them.
*Actual results:* There are a lot of visual glitches and windows behind the editor show up in the glitches.
*Expected results:* No artifacts or windows behind the editor.
*Reproducible with versions:* Tested on trunk. I expect this is in other LTS versions as well.
*Not reproducible with versions:*
*Can’t test with versions:*
*Tested on (OS):* I was able to reproduce this with both X11 and Wayland using Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 respectively. My GPU is AMD, so it uses Mesa drivers.
