[Linux] Scene view Flythrough mode doesn't work when using a non-Latin alphabet based keyboard layout
Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new or an existing project
2. Navigate to Project Settings > Input Manager and check the setting that says to Use Physical Keys
3. Open a terminal and run the command "sudo setxkbmap ru" to change the keyboard language to Russian
4. Go to the Scene view
5. Click and hold the right mouse button and try navigating the Scene with WASD
Expected result: You are able to navigate the Scene
Actual result: You are not able to navigate the Scene
Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17

- Reproduced on Ubuntu 18.04
- Not reproducible on Windows
