[Linux Editor] Unity Test Runner window is not scalable and maximize does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create empty project.
2. In Menu Item Window -> Editor Tests Runner
3. Press maximize button for that window.
4. Try to resize Tests runner window.
Expected result: Tests runner window is maximized and is possible to resize it.
Actual result: Nothing happens and it is impossible to resize it.
Reproduced on: 5.3.3f1 (7560298abfa5) (Ubuntu 14.04)
