Linux Editor ignores mouse scroll wheel input when providing inputs through RDP
How to reproduce:
1. Connect to a Ubuntu machine with RDP
2. Create and open a new project
3. Try zooming in and out in the Scene view using the mouse scroll wheel
Expected result: the Scene view camera zooms in when scrolling up and out when down
Actual result: the mouse scroll wheel input is ignored and the Scene view camera remains stationary
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.26f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a12
Notes:
1. Reproducible on Ubuntu 20.04
2. Not reproducible on Windows 10
3. The issue is present when connecting to a Ubuntu machine using RDP, TeamViewer, or using the Barrier application
4. Reproducible when connecting both to Linux from Windows and from Linux to Linux
