[Linux Editor] Editor is unresponsive when screen vsync in Nvidia X Server Settings is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Add a cube to the scene
3. In Scene Window, scroll to zoom in/out
Result: Zooming is significantly delayed, sometimes freezes Unity editor
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0b3, 2017.1.0b8, 2017.1.0f1
Did not reproduce on: 5.5.2f1, 5.6.1f1
Workaround: navigate to Nvidia X Server Settings -> OpenGL Settings -> Untick "Sync to VBlank"
