[Linux][Editor] Click and drag in the inspector window highlights objects in the hierarchy window
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project.
2. Select Custom Drawers example
3. Click on "Custom Attribute Drawer Example" in the hierarchy.
4. Hover the mouse over "Health" to change the mouse cursor and then click and drag.
Expected: Only what is behind the mouse gets highlighted
Actual: Objects in a different window (hierarchy) get highlighted
Reproduced in 2019.2.0a11
Not reproduced in Windows 10
