[Linux] Cursor shape persists in play mode after resizing windows until you move outside of Game View
To reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Play it
3) Try resizing any of windows, pushing to game view
Expected: Cursor stops being in resize mode when you stop it
Actual: Cursor stays in resize mode unless you move away from Game View (and sometimes it even sticks for several times)
Reproduced in 2019.3.0a11
Not reproduced in 2019.3.0a10
