[Linux] Creating certain template project fail during creation before Unity is opened on CentOS
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project using a template (3D(HDRP), 3D Sample Scene (HDRP), Cinematic Studio)
Actual: The project doesn't get created
Expected: A new project based on the template is successfully created
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b10
