[Linux] "Clear filters" button text is not fully visible in Package Manager window

How to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Package Manager (Window > Package Manager)
3. Observe Clear Filters button

Expected results: Button shows full text "Clear Filters"
Actual results: Button only shows "rs" letters

Reproducible with: 2021.2.19f, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a19, 2023.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.18f1

Reproducible on: Linux Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproducible on: MacOS 12.3.1 (M1 Max)

Notes:
- In 2021.2 Unity versions "Clear Filters" button is in "My Assets" section in Package Manager

    This issue cannot be reproducible.

    Tested on all the Editor versions mentioned in the ticket (on machine running Ubuntu 20.04LTS with NVIDIA graphics)
    On trunk (2023.1.0a3) - Not reproducible
    2022.2.0a19 - Not reproducible
    2022.1.8f1 - Not reproducible
    2021.3.6f1 - Not reproducible
