A router essentially acts as a gateway between two networks. It has two main purposes. First, it makes sure data is directed to the correct destination, such as an email being sent to the correct Internet provider and recipient.

It may be the Internet connection issue. So, I will suggest you open the Windows Internet Connections troubleshooter by clicking the Start button and then go to the Control panel. After that, find and click Troubleshooting. Under the Network and Internet, click Internet Connections and Windows will offer to troubleshoot the connection. Then reset the router following https://linksysroutersupportnumber.com/how-to-reset-recover-change-linksys-router-password-or-login/ and the problem will be resolved.

I had this error, and changed from .NET 3.5 to .NET 4.x in Unity, and the error seemed to go away.
