[LightProbe] L2 ringing artifacts with strong direct lighting
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open any scene in the project and in Lighting window build the light map. Observe the issue.
Reproducible: 5.3.5p3, 5.3.5p7-8, 5.4.0b25, 5.5.0a3
Not reproducible: 5.3.4f1, 5.3.5f1, 5.3.5p2

Issue persists in 2017.2.0 f3 ,2017.3.1f1
Issue exists even with less intense light (Can be seen by decreasing ambient intensity)

Resolution Note (fix version 2018.3):
This bug has been fixed with the implementation of the probe deringing feature. To apply the fix, on the Light Probe Group Component in the Inspector check the Remove Ringing checkbox and rebake the GI.
