[Lightmapping] Previously statically lightmapped objects have artifacts when baking manually
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Open test3 scene
3. Select any of the static objects in the scene. "Cube" get most affected.
4. Disable Lightmap Static flag on it.
5. Rebake. It will have artifacts visible on it.
Issue is best reproducible with no less than three objects in the scene. Switching to another scene and coming back to disable Lightmap Static flag also reproduces the issue.
Reproducible in Non Directional, Directional and Directional Specular modes.
Continuous baking does not reproduce this issue.
