Lightmap is black on a built project when it is set from lightmapcolor
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run the project
3. Notice how the scene is black
Actual result: The lightmap is black when it is built to platform
Expected result: The lightmap should be visible, not black
Reproduced with:
2019.2.17f1; 2020.1.0a18
Can not check on 2017.4; 2018.4 due to package errors.
Note: Happens on Mobile and Standalone
