lighting window minimum size cuts off controls and adds a vertical scroll bar
-e: see title, it is just a small part that gets hidden making this a bit useless for saving screenspace
--works well in 5.5.0
-repro:
--open any project
--open lighting window
--reduce it to its minimum vertical size
--NOTICE parts of the controls get cut off on the right side and a scroll bar appears (see screenshots)
