[Lighting] Shadows wobble / flicker when the Camera gets further away from the World Origin
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "Case 478516 - Shadow Flickering.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "BigWorld" scene
3. Enter Play mode with the Game window fully maximized
4. Observe that there are 4 Cameras in the split view
5. If you look at the Cameras further away, they'll wobble and show more artifacts, the further from the world origin they are

This is not solvee in the latest Unity. I got shadow flickering issues, especially if I move the camera sideways.. But the issues disappear when I look up or really down?
