Lighting panel Ambient color is not affected by active scene
How to reproduce:
1. Create 2 scenes with different ambient color
2. Keep both scenes in Hierarchy Window
3. Open Lighting/Scene Window
4. Switch between the scenes
Actual result: The color picker is not being changed with the correct color from the active scene
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0b4
