[LoadLevel] Lighting looks much brighter in standalone after calling LoadLevel
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build the lights in the "cabinet" scene.
3. Run scene "startup" in editor.
4. After the room is opened, notice that it is not very bright. (see screencaps.png)
5. Build and run
6. After room is opened, notice that it is very bright.
Note that this only happens in Linear color space.
