Light2D is not working in the Build when created through script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "light.zip"
2. Build And Run the project
Expected results: The light in the middle of the screen is visible on the Sprite
Actual results: The light is not visible on the Sprite
Reproducible with: 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
