Lens Flare and Post Processing Visual Effects don't work when MSAA is turned on
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Turn on all of the visible VFX settings in the Game View
5. Observe the Game View
Expected result: Post Processing and Lens Flare effects are visible
Actual result: Post Processing and Lens Flare effects are not visible
Reproducible with: 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a9), 14.0.3 (2023.1.0a1) 14.0.7 (2022.2.16f1),
Not reproducible with: 12.1.11 (2021.3.23f1), 14.0.1 (2022.2.0a8), 15.0.5 (2023.1.0b13), 16.0.1 (2023.2.0a11)
Fixed in: 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a2)
Couldn’t test with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.47f1) - Broken VFX after downgrading
Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.1 (Intel), Windows 11
Notes:
- Reproducible in Builds
- Turning off Lens Flare, makes the Post Processing visible (In the versions where the issue is reproducible)
- Lens Flare VFX appears to not work in 2023.1 alpha versions
- Wasn’t able to test on HDRP
