'Layout' dropdown button doesn't work after desktop scaling is changed
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Edit -> Preferences -> UI Scaling
3. Make sure that "Use default desktop setting" is selected
4. Right-click on desktop -> Display settings -> Scale and layout
5. Change Scale (Change the size of text, apps, and other items)
Expected result: 'Layout' dropdown button still works
Actual result: 'Layout' dropdown button
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.14f1, 2019.2.15f1, 2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0a14
Note:
- When pressing the 'Layout' dropdown button "Menu Window/Layouts couldn't be found" error is thrown in the console
- Only on Windows
