[iOS] Xcode project building doesn't start when using 'Build & Run' in 2018.3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (or create a new one and switch to iOS/AppleTV)
2. 'Build & Run' the project
3. Notice that building in Unity finishes correctly, but Xcode project is only opened and doesn't start building/deploying it to device
Notes:
With Unity 2018.3.0a9 Xcode project isn't even properly opened, only Xcode's "Open Project" window is opened and doesn't move forward after that
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.2.0f3
