[iOS] The safe area value changes when reopening the app in Landscape orientation

Steps:

  1. Open the attached "ScreenOrientation20174-TestProject" project
  2. Build and Run for iOS Platform
  3. In the application make sure that the "Portrait" orientation is selected
  4. Press "Landscape Left" or "Landscape Right" button
  5. Observe the Safe Area values
  6. Minimize the app and then reopen it
  7. Observe the Safe Area values again

Expected: Values stay the same as before minimizing the app
Actual: Values jump back to original resolution values, and a line at the bottom where the swipe indicator is - disappears
