iOS Simulator always displays "Development Build"
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Select Simulator SDK
3. Build and run on iOS
4. "Development Build" label is displayed even if it wasn't checked

I should clarify, I mean its still broken when running the XCODE created project in an ios emulator.

This is still broken in unity 4.6.4.
When will it be fixed?
