Also have the same issue. Downgrading to 2017.2 fixes the problem, but when using 2017.3.0f3 the crash happens on ShouldUpdateTransformBefore().

I have the same issue (2017.3.0p4, iOS 10.3.3 & 11.0.1). This is related to UI CanvasScaler for me. I had to downgrade to 2017.2.1f.

    For me crashed on iOS:
SetActive called on already spawned gameObject with TextMeshPro (this one goes with RectTransform) from Coroutine

    Reproduced on 2017.3.0p2 and 2017.3.0.p3, .NET 4.6 IL2CPP.

    here is crash stack:

I downgrade from 2017.3.0b10 to 2017.2.1p2 as mentioned. everything works fine now.
but i can't use crunched etc for android image compression. :(

I see a similar crash (ShouldUpdateTransformBefore) but also have no ScrollRect. I do have RectTransforms with no width or height, but are scaled to 1. I don't have an iOS device with 10.3 so I am only seeing this from performance reports and users.

Also had this issue, also fixed it by downgrading to 2017.2. Issue was present at least on iPad Air 1, iPhone X, and iPhone 6+.

Also have the same issue. I don't have any scroll rect but I load my UI using additive load. Could this be a threading issue. My repro rate is 50%.
