[iOS] OnApplicationPause is called multiple times when closing an iPad Smart Cover
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (New Unity Project.zip)
2. Switch to iOS and make a build
3. Deploy the build to an iPad that has the iPad Smart Cover attached to it
4. When the game is running, close the iPad Smart Cover
Expected behaviour: OnApplicationPause(true) is called once, same as when you simply click the home or lock button.
Actual behaviour: OnApplicationPause is called 3 times. Check Xcode console to see the calls being made.
Reproduced with: 2017.4.21f1, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.2.0a3
Tested with:
iPad Pro 10.5" (iOS 12.0) with iPad Smart Cover.

Hillarious response from support. "Expected behaviour"?
Obviously multiple calls of OnApplicationPause is not expected behaviour under any circumstances.
