How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Navigate File > Build Settings
3. Switch Platform to iOS
4. Build for iOS
5. Build again using the Append or Replace option

Reproducible with: 2019.3.16f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.15f1
